How to manage your time

In today’s fast growing world the influence of computer and internet has made our life faster and easier. Developing time management skill is very much required in our busy life. Other wise it is very difficult to move our life forward. Here are some helpful time for you to mange your time.

Make a plan or to-do list. Set down deadlines for achieving particular tasks.

Decide to undertake complicated tasks at the times of day while you are most attentive.
*
Plan time for people, counting yourself. Make some personal time by getting up half an hour before or going to bed half an hour later than usual; plan a weekly date with your partner, or assemble to have lunch with associates.

Prioritize what you want to achieve. According to that make a schedule and work out to achieve your goals.

Assign as many tasks as you can. Hand out tasks to subordinates at work, employ your kids to help with household works, appoint a gardener to keep up your home turf.

Train yourself to say no to unnecessary demands on your time. Never volunteer for a team if you don't have sufficient time, and refuse invitations to any programs if you do not have time to participate.

Conquer procrastination.

* Avoid fastidiousness. Never waste time obsessively perfecting a mission while you could better use up the time on something else.
Try to reduce disruptions by making strong borders. It is correct that disruptions to your daily work can and will take place, and to certain extend they are beyond your control. But, you most likely have more control than you believe. Rather than blaming others and getting annoyed with them for disrupting you, make strong borders with your colleagues where ever necessary.
